By request, we're reviving -- and evolving! - our Martini Masterclass to kick off the 2026 season of our Libation Bible School classes!

Ticket for this session will include a guided flight of at least 6 spirits and 4 martini variations. A light assortment of snacks and classic martini accoutrement will accompany each flight.

Learn about the fundamentals of vodka and gin distillation and the botanicals that may inform you favorite bottles. Then, from the shake vs. stir debate to dirty vs. dry to the embattled history of vermouth, we’ll explore the martini as a cocktail mainstay from all angles. We’re also going to dispel some of the myths behind the drink and dip our barspoons into the treacherous waters of all those dubious “technically not a martini” variations of the 80s, 90s and early aughts.
